26ppm Low Volume Colour Multifunction

This compact colour device is perfect for small/low volume environments and executives’ desks. The 4.3″ colour touch screen makes it easy to use, and the 50-sheet single pass document feeder speeds through your scans. The available extra paper tray allows you to increase your capacity, or keep a dedicated tray for legal paper or letterhead. The slot-feed bypass tray gives you the option to run the occasional sheet of labels, cardstock, or envelope.

32ppm Low Volume Colour Multifunction

The IM C320FW is the middle child of Ricoh’s new family of low-volume compact colour multifunctions. It boasts the same easy-to-use 4.3″ touch screen and 50-sheet single pass document feeder as its smaller sibling, the M C251FW, as well as the same 250-sheet paper tray and built-in G3 fax. However, the IM C320FW offers an extra 500-sheet tray for greater paper capacity, and a 50-sheet bypass tray that allows you to run multiple sheets of special paper, be they envelopes, labels, letterhead, or cardstock.

With a standard 50-sheet dual scan document feeder, built-in fax, and a 7″ colour touch screen, this device offers one of the lowest total cost of ownership in the class.

31ppm Mid-Volume Colour Multifunction

The feature-rich IM C300 is Ricoh’s entry level model in the Mid-Volume desktop colour multifunction family. Its full size 10.1″ colour touch screen is the same as on the full size copiers, and offers incredible ease of use and customization.

Comes with a 50-sheet single pass document feeder, G3 fax, 50-sheet bypass tray and high capacity toners that lower the cost of printing significantly.

Comes with the ability to add up to 3 extra 500-sheet paper trays to maximize paper capacity and variety.

The newly released IM C401F (base model) and the IM C401SRF (with a 50-sheet in-line staple finisher, pictured at left), are Ricoh’s newest additions to its already robust lineup of efficient, feature rich and easy to use colour multifunction family.

The IM C401 series offers a big 10.1″ colour touch screen, a 50-sheet single pass document feeder, and a higher standard paper capacity with its 550-sheet built-in paper tray and 100-sheet bypass tray. Need more? Add up to 3 more 550-sheet paper trays to suit your paper capacity and variety needs. Comes with built-in G3 fax and high capacity toners.

55ppm Mid-High Volume Colour Multifunction

This fast and cost efficient device is built to handle up to 6000 prints per month with ease, and up to 10,000 prints for busy months. Great for high volume users or larger groups who need a fast device to speed through large and/or numerous print jobs without creating a bottleneck.

Comes with a large 7″ colour touch screen, G3 fax, 100-sheet single pass document feeder, and 150-sheet bypass tray. The standard 550-sheet paper tray keeps the device compact, but up to 4 more 550-sheet paper trays can be added for extra capacity.

This little B&W devices packs a punch for its compact size. Comes with a built-in G3 fax, 50-sheet reversing document feeder, 4.3″ colour touch screen, and an available extra 250-sheet paper tray to add to the built-in 250-sheet paper tray (pictured at left). The high-for-its-class toner yield means a low cost of printing compared to almost all other devices in this class. Perfect for small workgroups with volumes of 500-1500 per month.

These workhorse devices can easily print up to 10,000 pages per month. The IM 600SRF comes with a built-in 50-sheet corner-staple finisher (pictured at right). Both have a large 10.1″ colour touch screen, G3 fax, 100-sheet single pass document feeder, 100-sheet bypass tray, and a 500-sheet paper tray that can be expanded with up to 4 more 500-sheet trays.
