The new eConcierge program, powered by Xerox, is as simple as it sounds!

  1. Sign up for the free program and register your devices.
  2. Order at least 2 monitored consumables (toner or drums) for each device using your customized portal to activate the warranty. No markups or hidden fees. Pay the same price as getting your genuine Xerox consumables from other vendors!
  3. When service is needed, call us as you normally would, except the bill for the service goes to Xerox, not you!

This program applies to all new Xerox desktop/A4 printers and multifunctions, and many older models as well. If you already have a Xerox printer in your office, check the list (eConcierge Eligible Devices) of qualified models to see if you qualify for the program.
